Hi all The failover interface policy triggers across contexts. For example, there are two contexts and each interface has one unique interface allocated. I have configured failover interface policy as 2. Now, if two interfaces fails which are in different contexts, the failover triggers.
Now why should that happen? The failover should trigger only, if two interfaces fails in a single context and context alone should failover. But that would break the concept of groups :-) Why was it designed this way? Any thoughts? With regards Kings
