I did learn your failover configuration from you other post. 1. Are you allocating two different subinterfaces of a physical interface to each of the contexts by any chance? 2. If you force the secondary unit's link to go down, do you find that both the contexts are at active state in the primary unit? 3. Please post the 'sh run all context' output too.
