San Jose is really nice, mainly because of the proctor. He is a guy whom
you can ask logical question and he will give good answers.
The area around 3-5 miles is cheap, with hotels/motels in the range of 50$.

Visa should not be an issue, because Cisco is suppose to give you an
introductory letter which can be used at the embassy.

San Jose is he only place where you can find open seat fairly easily.
