Mike corrected me yesterday that during the lab we still have IDM, not IME.
This is probably true if there's IDM also mentioned in the blueprint. I
cannot confirm that from my experience, because during the lab I didn't pay
attention to this, but Mike's explanation that you can always run IDM
sounds very reasonable :-) One thing I have noticed is that the application
used for IPS 6.1 looked different than IDM 6.0, but was very similar to
IME. And since I don't have IPS 6.1 in my lab, IME in demo mode is my only
option right now - to be familiar with the different GUI (I don't want to
waste my time during the exam looking for options that were in a different
place in IDM 6.0).

About the "rx" or "both" - personally I prefer using "both" if the task
doesn't mention the direction. Previously I didn't care about it (since
"both" is the default anyway), but lately I had couple of tasks in
workbooks where I had to copy the traffic *received* on the specific
interfaced - and in that case I had to use "rx". I think you can always ask
the proctor about that.
