I have to second what you say about the documentation. Better be prepared
to use it as less as possible. Also good to know some workarounds like:
- hot keys for copy-paste if your mouse right-clock does not show
copy-paste in IE
- use of notepad on TestPC if your candidate PC does not have one (was my
case once)
