Sure they are... Now if you study just to pass it...to have the Number... well 
then... is disappointing

    no, they are not. :-) lab 20 is a killer :-)

      try 11 to 15, if you still have time, 18 - 19. 

      And definitely try both Yusuf labs.

          The company I work for just bought for me the Volume 2
          Workbook for CCIE security LAB, I have my exam in Nov before
          the change. According to my schedule, I have time to do 5
          labs. What would you suggest be the most "exam-like" LABs
          (from 11 to 20)? This is just to compliment my study.
