Well, looking at the "Checklist" I can see ISE-related topics on page 6 or
wireless-related topics on page 10 - it wasn't part of v3 exam. So I think
everything is fine with those documents.

Not every topic is completely new in v4 - there are lots of things that
were present in v3 and are still valid in v4, e.g. DMVPN or GETVPN.

But I would expect small update of these files in 3-4 months on cisco.com -
I'm not sure if those documents are finished yet.
