Hello, If you want to get your CCIE in a year, then really you wont have any time to do much else. This includes work, family etc. It really does take up that much time.
As for CCxP to CCIE, I use this simple formula out of 10. CCNA = 1 CCxP = 3-4 CCIE = 10 As for CISSP to CCIE Security, there is no relationship whatsoever. One centres around frameworks, standards and the like and the other is a practical lab test.
