Hi Wilberth

You don't need CCNP stuff - the VoDs you mentioned cover a lot, where the
Essential series is more lab-oriented. So I would watch 4.0 VoD first, then
Essentials and finally make some reading. Also make sure to read about the
topics that are not covered like "Security Policies and Procedures, Best
Practices and Standards" section of the blueprint.
