Not a bad start champ.  GDP of several island nations should cover this one.

A 7200 might be available for about $20k, however this one can be
easily simulated.  The 7600 is a completely different story.  Dont
expect change from $30k each.  This can not be simulated.

Good luck mate, but you really cant simulate this stuff and the lab
gear is beyond the budget of any business which is not fortune 100
listed.
