It seems that the (annoying) people moving the documents off Univercd have now also moved the documents with the URL for IP Phone agents!! I used to be able to find this by browsing via the following: Univercd > Customer Contact Software > IPCC Express and IP IVR > CRS 5.0(x) > English > Documentation for Cisco IP Agents > Cisco CAD Installation Guide 6.4 Now this documentation has also been moved to a link that is not available in the lab. Does anyone know an alternative location to find the URL within Univercd? Mike
