As I know the 3725 in the real lab has PVDM and the ISR routers have PVDM2.
So you must be familiar with both ways of configuring Media Resources on
routers.

CONFIGURATION EXAMPLE WITH PVDM
-------------------------------
voice-card 0
 dspfarm
 dsp services dspfarm
!
sccp
sccp local vlan210
sccp ccm 10.1.200.21 priority 1
sccp ccm 10.1.200.20 priority 2
sccp ip precedence 3
!
dspfarm transcoder maximum session 2
dspfarm confbridge maximum session 1
dspfarm codec g729 vad disable
dspfarm
!

CONFIGURATION EXAMPLE WITH PVDM2
--------------------------------
voice-card 0
 dspfarm
 dsp services dspfarm
!
sccp
sccp local vlan210
sccp ccm 10.1.200.21 identifier 1
sccp ccm 10.1.200.20 identifier 2
!
sccp ccm group 1
 associate ccm 1 priority 1
 associate ccm 2 priority 2
associate profile 2 register mtp001193
associate profile 1 register cfb001193
!
dspfarm profile 2 transcoder
 codec g711ulaw
 codec g729r8
 maximum session 2
 associate application SCCP
 no shut
!
dspfarm profile 1 conference

The Lab blue print says the routers are 3725's, does anyone know of specific
configurations differences between the 3725 and the ISR routers? If I am not
mistaken there DSP configuration is different?
