[OSL | CCIE_Voice] CUE Licenses

I've noticed on some of the pods CUE is licensed for UCM integration 
instead of UCME.

I am still able to integrate it into UCME using the CLI, but I run into 
an issue with MWI. I never see the CUE module initiate the SIP messaging 
to UCME to turn the MWI light off or on. I've checking everything, but 
CUE just doesn't want to do it.

So at this point I'm thinking I need to change the license to UCME for 
this to work. Or is there a way to make a UCM licensed CUE use SIP for MWI?
