Obtaining a CCIE doesn't guarantee you a better job. Companies have become sophisticated enough to actually interview the people to validate the certs they have claim they reflect the person who has them. The company I work for has gotten rid of two CCIE's in our 7 year lifespan for various reasons.
So I would say study for the one you have the most experience in or will be able to gain the most experience in. How much data and voice experience do you have? What opportunities do you have in your company to gain more experience in each of those technologies?
