Hi,

I've done the new IPEXPERT volume 6 workbook labs 1 and 2. I am having
problems with my CIPC running SIP mode. In the workbook I needed to convert
it from a SCCP to a SIP phone via phone templates. I've done that and since
then I cannot use the CIPC anymore.
For example if I configure the CIPT phone manually (auto reg disabled for
SIP and SCCP) and make it a SIP phone. the CIPT always give the
"unprovisioned" notice. I also tried the register my CIPT SIP softphone to
the CUCME (volume 3 lab) but same problem. ip blue / SCCP works perfectly,
also the IPEXPERT SIP phones are also registered. So it seems that the
problem is in the CIPT itself.

As I already menioned before I converted the SCCP phone to a SIP phone. I
noticed (just as mentioned in the workbook) that the CIPT downloaded an SIP
image . This SIP image is also shown as the signalling protocol on the CIPT.
I already installed the CIPT again, but same problem.
Further I would also like to use my CIPT again for SCCP calls. How can I
convert it back to a SCCP phone?

As I am very new to this material I hope can help me a bit in better
understanding how this works.

Thanks

Jb.
