thanks for the reply I've try ed Sip-Notify same issue. I can get it work with h323. I can always add the gateway as h323 and SIP but I just want make sure that Cisco will not remove any points from my lab test because of that. Roger Can you please send me that Cisco link that says SIP VXML gateways requires Unified CM 7.1(3) or later release. Because if that is the case then I have no option but to add the the gateway as H323 and SIP to make the MVA work. regards.
