shutting down WAN does not help on proctorlabs, as you are supposed to have
a few Soft Phones connected from your PC.
I put an access-list on HQ router:

access-list 101 deny tcp host <your_pc_ip> any eq 2000    !!This will block
the softphone from registering
access-list 101 deny host <br1/br2 router loopback> any     !! this will
block MGCP/h323 from being able to communicate with CUCM.
access-list 101 permit ip any any

inte F0/0.30
ip access-group 101 out
