Well, I thought that challenging you to think of an answer is a good way of
learning.

Like they say: “Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today. *Teach a man
to fish*; and you have fed him for a lifetime”.

Remember this is supposed to be Expert level certification. I know you are
just on the way to become an expert, but I was hoping you would know what
information makes Unity answer up with a specific VM greeting.

FYI since you don't know, it is the diversion header that is contained
within an Invite message. You can get the information on this by doing a
"debug ccsip messages".

Sorry for asking so much of you. Good luck with this tough certification.

My advise is that you should not just try to get an answer from a mailer
list to make it easier for you, but you must work on the skills on how to
obtain such information.

You must know how SCCP and SIP works.
SIP is easy to learn because all the RFCs are on the Internet.
Other information would take reading a Cisco book or Cisco document.

Regards and good luck.
