Hi Wayne I'm a new customer to IPX, I already have a CCIE in Routing switching (passed with Another training company).
I'm new to voice and recently bought your whole BLS program + a 12 days bootcamp (I'll be in SJ in 2 weeks to follow VIk's course and I'm traveling from France to get there) I won't be ready to pass the CCIE 3.0 lab so what would happen to customer like me ? Would I get a free upgrade to CCIE 4.0 products? Would I still get a free retake on a bootcamp ? Thanks for your answer cuz I'm a little worried. Wish you a good day .
