So you can see the call go out the pstn at HQ and arrive at SB but you get busy?
What is the error or reason for busy? Normally, I do not put anything but aar pt in aar CSS. I the assign the aar CSS to the device level. I assign the aar group to the line level. On the target I set the aar number, uncheck the box and put aar as its CSS.
