Hi, Apart from checking the network infrastructure configuration. what other troubleshooting has been done? Have you verified the phone actually gets correct voice vlan? does it receive IP Address in the correct pool? does it get the TFTP server? Check the settings on the phone.
If the phones does receive the correct information. then maybe the phone has previously been registered to other cluster min v8.0 ? starting v8.0 they have security by default. which means the phone downloads the ITL file, and checks the TFTP server signature in every configuration file downloaded to match one in ITL file. You can erase the ITL file through configuration.
