Are you sure your running CUPS 7x and not CUPS 8x ?

7x was SIP Simple and 8x was XMPP I recall.

Using UCM / UCx 7 and UPS 8.0 in VM in home lab.

UCM and UCx integrated successfully using SCCP.

UCM has everything configured, including SIP Trunk, required Users etc.

Configured CUPS, and I can see that the users created in UCM are populated
in CUPS.

Diagnostics>System Troubleshooter shows that things required for basic
integration are okay, a snapshot is attached (1.png).

All Feature Services except three are up and running. Services not running
are:

Cisco UP XCP XMPP Federation Connection Manager
Cisco UP XCP Message Archiver
Cisco UP XCP Directory Service

Have yet to go detail on the purposes of these services.

All Network Services are up and running.

Now my problem is that when I check the CUPS server in Cluster Topology, all
the services for this server seems UNKNOWN state, snapshot attached (2.png).
I am trying to connect to the CUPC in Deskphone mode, but... :(

Does anyone faced this issue earlier? Please help.
