OK guess you needed to change the local stuff for some reason. Although I would only change the incoming dial plan and the dn's on the phone.
If you did change the internal network, did you see if the phone was DHCP or hard coded before you did that? If DHCP and it is not registering then I suggest that you look at your config or post it here for others to help fix but without more details about it we really can't help.
