so you are trying to get a 7970 to register and it is not You are doing this remotely on Proctor labs and the phone is local to you, so I am guessing this is a configuration issue on your site of the hardware vpn, is the phone getting the IP information, is it giving any details of the failure. Does the PSTN even show rejection of the registration?
