Check your CCM replication, and verify no un-asigned DNs.
Reset your jtapi user/password, and restart UCCX Node Engine. Attached you can find the screenshot for the error. Notes - there is no number in the CUCM with DN 1250. - both uccxjtapi and rmcm users are created on CUCM Any idea please. Thanks
