Hi Marcos,
CUCM version 7.1.3.32900-4 doesn't support IP Phone model 8831.
As reported on datasheet "The phone supports Cisco Unified Communications
Manager (Cisco UCM) Releases 7.1(5), 8.5(1), 8.6(2), 9.0, and later."
