I am using cucm 7.1.3, we are using mgcp gateway with T1 line. is it possible that one DID number 510-240-2333 user for a campaign, which direct to extenion 10001. suppose one pstn user is calling to this number 510-240-2333, it rings my ext 10001. it displays user caller id number. we want to display as name "customer marketing" on my phone screen 10001. is it possible?
