For IOS based DHCP server you would need to address clients static with mac,
the client being the AP. This gives you client specific option 60 and 43 to
configure.

Btw: Can anyone address the need for the option 60? When lab'ing I always
just did an option 43 hex and it never failed.

The MS DHCP is an easier option for this issue with the vendor specific
option 43 based on different VCI's.
