As far as configuring CME, that is outside of the scope of the exam. It should be ready for you. The thing you need to concentrate on is end to end QoS and that is to include your CME router. You will also need to know how to configure your 7921 phone so it really wouldn't hurt to have this as part of your lab if your budget can afford it.
