I was reading the WGB section again:

The first one I understand.

The 2nd one I can confirm with testing it to be the case that if the WGB
isn't on the native VLAN you can't do reliable multicast (i.e
infrastructure-client can't be used on the root).

The 3rd one I don't understand. I can configure it fine but it says not to
do it.

Any thoughts on why you wouldn't use reliable multicast with a mobile WGB ?
