Your 2106 needs the esoteric "3 image recovery", to which technique, and
images, TAC alone is privy.

Have you tried loading the previous firmware level that was on the
controller? I'd also try to load an emergency bootloader image. If yo've
tried those, I'd try to find the earliest firmware that I could for it.
