Your 2106 needs the esoteric "3 image recovery", to which technique, and images, TAC alone is privy.

If I try to update using option 3, it ask you to update RTOS (no), update
code (yes), but in this step I try to download to the WLC de .aes file and
fail when all the file is downloaded. I want to remember that I need some
files about the code image and download to the WLC when it ask for their.

Have you tried loading the previous firmware level that was on the
controller?  I'd also try to load an emergency bootloader image.  If yo've
tried those, I'd try to find the earliest firmware that I could for it.
