Finally I could open a TAC case and after of the first evaluation they did me a RMA, because they told me that It has not possibility to repair (at least it is not possible with the tools and images availables).
At this point; I learned a "hard" lesson, "always respect all the steps and update accoding to the compatibility matrix". Thanks to all for your help and best regards.
