Hey guys, The solution for my WGB - WLC foregin to WLC anchor is the following:
facts: The WGP as station role worgroup-bridge (default Cisco mode) works fine directly to a internal 5508 controller as IAPP works smoothly there. When the 5508 anchors to 4402 on a DMZ. The EtheroverIP tunnel makes the game different. The DMZ controller gives IP to the wired client behind the WGB but it doesn´t like to pass traffic through since there is one MAC (the WGB) asking for several IP´s to connect from the WGB. The IAPP is broken in this situation. Luckily the solution is this CLI command on the DMZ anchor: config WGB vlan enable And traffic is passed through without more changes. This command does the following: The DMZ Anchor says to the WGB. Give me a updated list of your clients and I will pass them through as normally I don´t like several IP´s to come from one association as I see you by default. Thats why I could´t list the wired cilent in my client table over the EtheroverIP tunnel. Makes sense ? regards.
