Thanks to... George, Kristjan and Sam, - I opened and extract the flash card from the WLc. - Opened it from a 1841 router. - Found out that the image is not present inside the flash. - Tried to copy the image to the flash using 1841 router. - It did tried to upload the wlc image but before the upload was almost completed it gives me a warning that the flash I'm using is not compatible to the 1841 device... arrrgh ;( - Is there a rommon mode for wlc? Tried many times to go to rommon but without success... :(

I'm hoping if you could help me or you already experience this before. I just got a 4400 controller it's an old controller and I'm planning to use this for my CCIE lab. When I turned the power on it first read the memory and after testing the memory, from the output I see this "Memory Test Pass" it just suddenly STOP. Reboot several times but still the same output. So I checked the sequence on how this controller should boot up and I it tells me that after the memory was test the next to be tested is the flash card. So I'm suspecting the problem is the corrupted flash card. Currently I don't have another 4400 controller for me to format the corrupted flash card.
