WCS has its own TFTP and FTP service.  Sometimes it stops working.  So
first, try stopping and starting the WCS service.  Just RDP to the WCS
server and you'll find it in the Start > All Programs menu with options to
start/stop.

If you still have issues after that, check for accuracy in your commands.
 You can see the files in the C:\FTP\ folder.  The file you should be
looking for is named c1240-k9w7-tar.124-25d.JA.tar.

The simplest way to do this is to first join LAP2 to a WLC (doesn't matter
which one).  Once joined to the WLC, go to the CLI of the WLC.  Do a "show
ap summary" to see the AP's name.  Then enter the command below.

config ap tftp-downgrade 10.10.210.6 c1240-k9w7-tar.124-25d.JA.tar [AP name]

That should kick off the tftp transfer and install the autonomous code on
LAP2.
