Sometimes it stops working. So first, try stopping and starting the WCS service. Just RDP to the WCS server and you'll find it in the Start > All Programs menu with options to start/stop. If you still have issues after that, check for accuracy in your commands. You can see the files in the C:\FTP\ folder. The file you should be looking for is named c1240-k9w7-tar.124-25d.JA.tar. The simplest way to do this is to first join LAP2 to a WLC (doesn't matter which one). Once joined to the WLC, go to the CLI of the WLC. Do a "show ap summary" to see the AP's name. Then enter the command below. config ap tftp-downgrade 10.10.210.6 c1240-k9w7-tar.124-25d.JA.tar [AP name] That should kick off the tftp transfer and install the autonomous code on LAP2.
