Sorry to hear about your results.  Obviously we cannot have the actual lab
scenarios in our workbooks.  But they should be able to give you the needed
tools to solve the lab scenarios.

Starting in June I'll be doing a full re-write of Workbook 1.  So I'd love
any suggestions on how it can be improved.  I have plenty of my own ideas.
 But constructive customer feedback is always greatly welcomed.

Be careful when sharing your lab experience.  You don't want to violate NDA
and jeopardize all of your hard work.
