It's usually the same Skype name but different "names" associated with the emails. I was talk with cisco security the other day about them, they haven't been able to track them to any legitimate names taking the labs. I have a feeling it's a) scammers b) dumpers looking for you to break NDA to help them rebuild workbooks.
Just remember it isn't worth risking your chances sharing information. Study, practice, repeat. You will pass the lab if you make an honest effort.
