Yes absolutely. However there is a chance priority queuing is not
supported on all switches in the toplogy, then of course you cannot do
it there but other than that priority queuing and correct queue sets
should be configured on all switchports connecting AP:s, wireless
controllers, switch trunks, access ports connecting stationary phones -
when necessary.

 

Nobody will blame you for *always* configuring it for all port-types
mentioned above.

Most of the blogs and workbooks that describe QOS for WLC do not mention
much about queuing parameters on 6500.

 

Should below command be done on all TRUNK and VOIP ports if nothing is
mentioned? Or if asked without details.
