If you aren't asked to configure something, you don't need to.  But in
general, you aren't docked for over-configuration (unless it's forbidden).

That being said, there is not a "priority-queue out" command on the 6500.
 Queuing is a bit different on the 6500, and it'll depend on the line cards
in use.  But I don't think that queuing is really a focus on the current
version of the exam.  The 2 sub-topics are classification and end-to-end
QoS.  Neither of those have a queuing aspect to them.  I would primarily
focus on your QoS Maps, using trust to ensure markings flow through your
network, and knowing how to configure policy maps to apply markings to
traffic.
