This is probably the solution that I would use to a blanket statement of
only allowing Cisco clients (using CCKM).  But that would still allow
non-Cisco clients using a Cisco supplicant.

This was written prior to me coming on to IPX.  But after looking at the
solution, the only possibility I see is the global association list.  That
only allows the WGB to associate (along with all of the wired clients
behind it).  So it doesn't technically meet the requirement as stated.
