[ccnet-user] ccnet -validate: can't validate relocated ccnet.config file

Hi,

I was wondering if perhaps the path to ccnet.config is hardcoded
because the command:

   ccnet.config -validate

seems to fail, if the file has been relocated. The path it says it is
looking on would be the default location.
