Thanx for the reply Russ.

Unfortunately I had already done that and I know ccservice starts OK
with the config in the new location. This is what leads me to believe
the validate function is doing something different.

A quick look at the code showed a hardcoded path but since i know very
little about C# and this project I couldn't be sure that this is
actually the problem,
