We have set CruiseControl to build every 3 minutes. How do I prevent ccservice from pinging the source control server when a build is not in progress?
It appears that the service pings the source control server 4-5 times a second. How do I change this behavior? Can I make the ccservice pause for a few minutes if a Source control exception has occurred?
