I'm trying to repeat a setup of CruiseControl.NET that has worked fine
for me on other Windows OS versions, accessing Subversion on a remote
box - but on Windows Server 2008 x64 (VM) I'm not able to get the
source control access working at all.
Previously, I have been able to login via command line svn, and then
setup the CruiseControl.NET service to use my own user name ('Log on
as'). However, with Windows Server 2008 x64 Standard in a VM, all I
ever get is:
...authorization failed: Could not authenticate to server: rejected
Basic challenge...
The user I'm selecting to run the service and access SVN is not a user
on the box, but a domain level user.
Is there somethign obvious I'm missing here, please? Windows Firewall
is not on; I've tried setting <authCaching>Always but no change in
behaviour. I'm running CruiseControl.NET Version : 1.5.7256.1
