Just noted in the ccnet log files the following: 
 
1) Goes through the many projects and reports: *Starting integrator for 
project:  ABC*
2) After all the Projects it reports: *Initialising security*
3) Then it logs the follouiwng but with the port from our FIRST Cruise 
Control instance using port=21234!  *Retrieving ProjectStatus from server: 
tcp://localhost:21234/CruiseManager.rem*

*Our second Cruise Control instance uses port=21244!*
