that correspond to DNA-only four-way junctions, also called Holliday
junctions.

You may also be interested in DNA four-way junctions bound to proteins.
Just look in the PDB site (or in MSD at EBI:
http://www.ebi.ac.uk/msd-srv/msdlite/index.html) and you will find a few.

There are also some structures with drugs bound DNA four-way junctions.
