-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi Lily, These are two PDB IDs: 467d 1dcw that correspond to DNA-only four-way junctions, also called Holliday junctions. You may also be interested in DNA four-way junctions bound to proteins. Just look in the PDB site (or in MSD at EBI: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/msd-srv/msdlite/index.html) and you will find a few. There are also some structures with drugs bound DNA four-way junctions. Happy DNA building ;) Cheers, Miguel En/na Jie Li ha escrit: > *** For details on how to be removed from this list visit the *** > *** CCP4 home page http://www.ccp4.ac.uk *** > > > Hi, everyone, > I had no experience on DNA modeling.
