AstexViewer will - if you run it from the command line:

astexviewer *.pdb -map *.map

I tried it with 145 PDB files (~ 2300 atoms per file) & it didn't blink
- you have to be a bit patient though while they load, but once they do
interactive rotation etc is still very fast.  I *didn't* try it with 145
maps though!  The limitation is only the size of your RAM (and your
patience!).
