In agreement with Phil Evans' remark, I also mention that we have had quite robust crystals with 79 % solvent. This was for the tRNA(Lys,3) We found such a feature remarkable enough to be mentioned in the paper [Bénas et al., RNA 6 (2000) 1347]. However, the resolution was limited to 3.3 Angstroms.
