Dear CCP4MG users- I have been having difficulty displaying transparent surfaces in the latest versions of ccp4mg for both windows XP and linux. Specifically, if I try to change the display of a surface to transparent it disappears. Changing the opacity does not help. Has anyone experienced the same problem and found a solution?
